They were open, professional and clear from the outset. Their quote was competitive and accurate and they maintained communication throughout. They explained technical terms to me clearly and never assumed I understood everything about bathrooms. I must commend the team too who were thoroughly professional. The job involved the refurb of an existing en-suite, doubling it's size by extending into cupboard space. The team were punctual, polite and always left the work space clear and sealed at the end of the day. They did a great job too - it looks superb - and it came in on time and budget. Hello,  The bathroom is great; I'm really pleased with it. I am also very happy with the reliability of those that did the job, as well as clearing up after themselves!
