On occasion if a Removed Ceiling can't be re-sheeted on the same day we neatly apply polythene sheeting to the ceiling area by stapling the safety sheeting to the joists.
This procedure ensures that no debris / insulation falls and that the zone/room is clean and safe.
Property Repair Joiner/Carpenters then carry out a Builders Clean to the room and lay fresh polythene sheeting to the floor area, ahead of our Plasterer Trade Professionals arriving the following day to plasterboard sheet and plaster skim coat the ceiling.
Property Repair Plasterers then carry out another Builders Clean to the room and lay fresh polythene sheeting to the floor area ahead of our Decorator Trade Professionals arriving the following day to Paint/Decorate the room as per our scope of works, approved by our policyholders insurers.
